Bodyweight, breath and core. It looks simple and it humbles everyone — this is the foundation everything else is built on. Slow, deliberate, and harder than it has any right to be. Great as a first class, just as good for veterans who want to clean up their fundamentals.

Hot Pilates

Turn up the heat, turn up the burn. The room is warm, so you loosen up fast, sweat hard, and wring it out. Higher tempo, higher intensity — you'll feel this one the next morning. Bring water and don't eat right before. Come ready to work.
