Elevate lives inside Revolution Training in Shelby Township — so the energy is honest and the standards are high. The reformers are lined up where the light is best. The mat floor has room to breathe. Everything gets wiped down between every class.
Small rooms on purpose: max five on the reformers, max fifteen on the mat. You're not a face in a crowd here — you get seen, corrected, and pushed.
